More than a roll-call of the major players, "Dansk Stil" explores Danish hip-hop through intimate stories from a diverse group of artists, from world-renowned djs to upstart b-boys. Filmed in 2003, the documentary has screened in Seattle, New York, and Copenhagen and is now available online and on DVD for free.
The film was engaging, funny, and generally very human, exploring how the Danes have taken in and made aspects of hip-hop culture their own.
